Upcoming EAONO formative actions and events

The EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF OTOLOGY AND NEURO-OTOLOGY (EAONO) is a member-driven medical society that promotes the exchange and development of knowledge in the areas of otology, neuro-otology, and skull base surgery.

EAONO organizes instructional workshops and educational courses around Europe and publishes guidelines on otology and neurotology. EAONO is currently working on the development of its new http://www.eaono.org website  and on the implementation of two training actions:

• OTOLOGY VISITORS. EAONO PROGRAM. The aim is to promote and complement the training in Otology and Neurotology of young people in training or specialists in Otorhinolaryngology through a rotation program in different centers in Europe. Candidates are in the last year of residency or first 3 years of specialty. Length of stay: 3 weeks. 500€ EAONO grant.
• TB COURSES. EAONO PROGRAM. The aim is to promote training in the surgical practice of Otology through practical courses carried out in a Network of Temporal Bone Laboratories in Europe. Candidates: Valid for all ENT specialists, with special priority for those who are in the Last year of residency or first 3 years of specialty.
